10) Steve Coogan


Steve Coogan was born in Middleton, Manchester in 1965 and began his Television and Comedy career in the 1980’s.

Coogan played a voice in the hit-TV series, Spitting Image, which led to a very successful career in both Television and Film, as well as stand-up comedy.

Steve Coogan’s roles include playing the parts of Alan Partridge, Phileas Fogg, Martin Sixsmith and Professor Flux in Minions.

9) David Jason


David Jason was born in Edmonton, London in 1940 and began his Television career in 1964. Jason’s first known role was as Bert Bradshaw in Crossroads.

The Londoner went on to become one of Britain’s most recognised Comedy actors, playing the part of Derek ‘Del Boy’ Trotter in Only Fools and Horses.

David Jason, at 76 years old, is still very much active and recently returned to screens as Granville, in Still Open All Hours.
