Remember Buffy The Vampire Slayer? Here is what the cast look like now and what they’re up to

Many 90s kids grew up watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer on BBC Two and Sky 1. The show first appeared on January 3, 1998 and became one of the most loved foreign shows of the early 2000’s.

Joss Wheedon’s Buffy The Vampire Slayer aired for seven seasons, with 144 episodes being produced over 6 years from 1997 until 2003. Let’s take a look at what the cast are up to today and how they look, twenty years after the show first aired.

Anthony Head’s career has been very fruitful since he played Giles in Buffy. The actor played the Prime Minister in sketch sitcom, Little Britain. He narrated Doctor Who confidential and appeared in Doctor Who itself. Head has also played a part in Merlin as Uther Pendragon.

The 62-year old made a cameo appearance in 2011’s The Inbetweeners movie, which his daughter Emily played a main role in. Most recently, Anthony portrayed James Bowen’s father in the film adaptation of A Street Cat Named Bob.

Carpenter has had success in Hollywood since her days as Cordelia in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The actress played Susan Golden in 2010’s Psychosis, before playing Lacy in Sylvester Stallone’s star-studded hit, The Expendables.

Charisma returned in 2012 for the second Expendables movie, whilst also playing Rebecca Sewell in The Lying Game.

In 2015, Charisma Carpenter performed as Michelle Mulan in Bound, a 50 Shades of Grey-esque movie. Her most recent role came in 2016, when she played Anne Harding in television film, Mommy’s Secret.
