Get ready to feel old. Remember running home from school to catch up with your favourite show on CBBC? Many years have passed since those care-free days and the stars of these legendary shows are all grown up – just like us. Take a blast from the past and see what these stars look like now:
Rachel Petladwala (Rose) – M.I High
Rachel played the role of Rose Gupta in M.I High between 2007-2011. Since the show ended, she hasn’t taken on many other acting roles, but her most recent credit was in an episode of Citizen Khan.
Montanna Thompson (Justine Littlewood) – The Story of Tracy Beaker
Justine Littlewood was Tracy Beaker’s arch enemy in the popular kids show and in 2012 she reprised her role in one of the Tracy Beaker spin-off shows. Since then, she has had roles in TV programmes such as The Bill and Sugar Rush.
Georgina Leonidas (Molly) – The Basil Brush Show
Georgina played the role of Molly in The Basil Brush Show between 2002-2007; however she shot to fame when she made appearances in three of the Harry Potter films. Her most recent credit was in 2016, where she played Millie in Small Hours.
Matt Baker – Blue Peter
Matt was one of the favourite presenters on Blue Peter, however since leaving in 2006, decided to stay with the BBC and has maintained a high profile ever since. Currently, he presents Countryfile and The One Show.
Liz Barker – Blue Peter
Liz appeared in Blue Peter between the years of 2000-2006. During her stint, she left briefly to have a baby in 2004 and now has four children.
Since leaving television, Liz decided to have a role in her family’s chain of bakeries by decorating cakes. She now presents a community radio show in Cambridge.
