The Demon Headmaster is a British television series based on the children’s books of the same name, by Gillian Cross.

Produced for CBBC, the drama first broadcast between 1996 and 1998. The first and third series contained six episodes each, with the second series containing seven episodes.

The series follows Dinah Glass as she moves in with the Hunter family and joins their local school. She begins to notice that pupils suddenly talk like robots and do weird things and is sure that the headmaster has some kind of power over them and is determined to find out more.
