She’s been a firm fixture on our TV screens in recent years after landing the role of beloved Queen Vic landlady Linda Carter in the hit BBC soap EastEnders, but it seems that acting has always been in this TV star’s blood.
Before pulling pints and running the Queen Vic alongside her on-screen husband Danny Dyer, actress Kellie Bright, 40, was given her first taste of fame at the tender age of 10.
Old still shots have recently resurfaced that show the star looking almost unrecognisable as the doe-eyed youngster on the set of the ITV series T-Bag.
Wearing button down pink dungarees, Kellie looks like the definition of adorable as she shares the screen with late actor James Saxon (who played Bilius).
T-Bag was a British television series that ran from 1985 to 1992 on children’s ITV. Each series adopted a different title and featured a single story told over several episodes.
Meanwhile, it is believed that Kellie, who also played Del Trotter’s mother Joan in the Only Fools and Horses spin-off Rock and Chips and recently welcomed her second child, will make a return to EastEnders tonight.
Tuesday night’s episode saw the Queen Vic continue to crumble around Mick Carter’s feet and before his very eyes when Johnny found a new leak in the pub roof – just days after Mick was forced to fork out a shed load of cash for a previous repair.
After crying into his pillow in heartbreaking scenes, he was then forced to face up to the enormity of the situation.
But despite Mick’s tears, it’s thought Linda could be coming to his rescue at any second as Jane Beale (Laurie Brett) stepped in to let the Queen Vic landlady know that her husband needs her help.
